Robert A. Zweifel, 46, of Sandpoint, was arrested in the area of Main Street and N. Ella Avenue at 11:42 a.m. on charges of driving without privileges and second offense no insurance.

Nicholas W. Mattison, 37, of Sagle was arrested on Bonner Mall Way at 8:39 p.m. on two outstanding misdemeanor warrants.
