Risch introduces Scotchman Peaks wilderness legislation

SANDPOINT — United States Sen. Jim Risch, R-Idaho, announced on Thursday that he is introducing legislation to designate approximately 13,900 acres of Idaho’s Scotchman Peaks as a wilderness area.
