Cooper, Nygren engaged to wed

Shannon L. Cooper of Pembroke Pines, Fla., and Justin W. Nygren, also of Pembroke Pines, Fla., are pleased to announce their engagement and upcoming wedding.

The wedding will be held April 28, 2017, at The Mill at Fine Creek in Powhatan, Va.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Judy M. and Tony L. Cooper of Bumpass, Va.

She was homeschooled through high school and graduated in 2002. She graduated college in 2006 with a bachelor’s degree in communcation and works as a cash management specialist for medical facilities.

The groom-to-be is the son of Jill M. and David A. Nygren of Sandpoint.

He graduated Sandpoint High School in 2004, and from the University of Idaho in 2010 with a bachelor’s degree in advertising. He is a U.S. Navy intelligence specialist, stationed in Miami, Fla.
