Creamer named BCEMS deputy chief

SANDPOINT — Bonner County EMS paramedic Jason Creamer has been promoted to the rank of Deputy Chief, Operations, BCEMS Chief Bob Bussey announced today. Creamer, who was hired by BCEMS in December 2015, has spent much of the past two decades working as a paramedic in the Boise area. He has worked in the EMS field since 1995, and the past 16 years as a paramedic. He worked for Ada County Paramedics and as a flight paramedic in southern Idaho, he is certified in Critical Care Transport and is an experienced EMS educator.

In his new role as Operations Chief, Creamer will command every part of BCEMS operations, including the Field Supervisor Captains, Special Operations, the Field Training Officers, Mobile Integrated Health, the Clinical Division and the Training Division. “It is rare that someone with Jason’s skill and wide range of experience becomes available and we are thrilled to have him as part of our leadership team,” Bussey said.
