Report of a 911 hang-up in the 400 block of Kluth Street in Priest River at 10:40 a.m.

A deputy assisted Priest River Police in the 300 block of Warren Avenue at 12:14 p.m.

Report of a suspicious vehicle in the 456000 block of Highway 95 in Careywood at 12:20 p.m.

Report of explosives in the 11000 block of Baldy Mountain Road at 12:46 p.m.

Report of a traffic hazard in the 37500 block of Highway 200 at 3:14 p.m.

Report of a slide-off in the 471000 block of Highway 95 in Sagle at 2:04 p.m.

Dwane Bangeman, of Spirit Lake, was cited on Kelso Lake Road in Spirit Lake at 5:24 p.m. on a charge of failure to have a current and valid driver’s license, and arrested on a Kootenai County warrant.

Nicholas Brister and Jacob Pittman were cited in the 4000 block of Highway 2 at 5:36 p.m. on charges of possession of marijuana, and possession of paraphernalia; and Tyler Farmer was cited at the same time and location on a charge of possession of paraphernalia.

Report of a burglary in the 200 block of Memory Lane in Oldtown at 4:29 p.m.

Report of an agency assist in the 200 block of Boise Street in Kootenai at 7:58 p.m.

A report of a weapons offense in the 13000 block of Dufort Road in Priest River at 8:54 p.m.

Report of an alarm in the Oldtown area on Selkirk Way at 9:45 p.m.

Report of lost property in the Priest River area on Highway 2 at 12:44 a.m.

Report of a disorderly person in the Priest River area on Jackson Avenue at 1:49 a.m.

SANDPOINT POLICE

Dec. 4

A follow-up report was taken on N. Florence Avenue at 8:57 a.m.

An officer checked a residence in the 200 block of Halley Street after a 911 hang-up at 9:31 a.m.; EMS personnel were already on scene.

A follow-up report was taken on Bridge Street at 11:01 a.m.

An adult female was transported to Bonner General for treatment after a report of suicidal threats at 12:42 p.m.

The owner of a dog in the 1700 block of Cedar Street was contacted at 2:24 p.m. after the dog was found running at large.

A gun found in the Larch Street area was turned into the police department at 2:40 p.m.

An officer unlocked a vehicle with two small children inside in the 600 block of Larch Street at 3:23 p.m.

Trisha D. McCabe, 34, of Spokane Valley, Wash., was arrested in the 4000 block of Samuelson Avenue at 3:21 p.m. on charges of driving under the influence, second offense; driving without privileges, and open container.

After a welfare check request at 6:24 p.m., an officer checked on two juveniles males in the 100 block of First Avenue and advised they were en route to rendezvous with their parents.

A follow-up report was taken on Fifth Avenue at 6:34 p.m.

Trace M. Flowler, 26, of Seaview, Wash., was cited on charges of possession of marijuana and paraphernalia in the 200 block of E. Superior Street at 9:41 p.m.

Officers assisted Ponderay Police on an alarm call on Highway 95 at 10:08 p.m.

After a disorderly conduct report at 10:48 p.m., officers advised an intoxicated male had already left the 1100 block of Hickory Street by the time they arrived.

Dec. 5

A vehicle in the 400 block of Third Avenue was tagged for 48-hour removal at 4:14 a.m.

PONDERAY POLICE

Dec. 4

An officer assisted Sandpoint Police with a DUI investigation in the 4000 block of Samuelson Avenue at 3:21 p.m.

An officer responded to the 800 block of Kootenai Cutoff Road in reference to a 911 hang-up call at 5:33 p.m.

An officer responded to the 200 block of E. Superior Street to assist Sandpoint Police at 9:41 p.m.

An officer responded to the 476900 block of Highway 95 in reference to an alarm at 10:08 p.m.

PRIEST RIVER POLICE

Dec. 4

An animal problem was reported in the area of Highway 57 and E. Jefferson Avenue at 11:15 a.m.

An officer responded to the 300 block of Warren Avenue after a 911 hang-up at 12:14 p.m. and advised children were playing with the telephone.

A civil dispute over a cellphone was reported in the Jackson Avenue area at 12:48 p.m.

An officer responded for a welfare check request in the Highway 57 area at 2:50 p.m.

A follow-up report was taken on Treat Street at 3:36 p.m.
