ORDINANCE NO. 135 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PONDERAY, BONNER COUNTY, IDAHO, PROVIDING FOR THE AMENDMENT OF CITY CODE 2-2-7A; AND PROVIDING FOR THE PUBLICATION AND THE EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF. Ponderay City Code Section 2-2-7A pertaining to the term for beer wine and alcohol licenses shall be amended to read: The term of any license issued under this chapter shall be one year or that portion of the year remaining when the license is issued. The term shall coincide with the term of the applicant's state license and shall expire at twelve o'clock (12:00) midnight on the last day of the term31st of December unless an application for renewal has been filed with the city.
