Deadline is set for Walk 7B session

Come on and get movin’ with Walk 7B.

Designed to bring people together through movement, exploration, friendship and adventure, Walk 7B is sponsored by Sandpoint Parks and Recreation, Kaniksu Land Trust, The Arthritis Foundation and the National Recreation and Park Association.

During the program’s winter season, which runs October – May, walkers will meet weekly on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursdays. Walkers may choose to join the 10 a.m. walking group or 4 p.m. walking group. Each group is led by a designated walking coach.

Both groups meet at the Fairgrounds on Tuesday and Wednesday. Thursday’s a.m. group will meet at First Christian Church and an indoor location will be assigned weekly by your walking leader for the Thursday p.m. group.

Session 3 begins Jan. 3 and ends Feb. 2. Register by Tuesday, Dec. 27 at Sandpoint Parks and Recreation, 1123 Lake Street in Sandpoint. Class fee is $15.
