NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Bonner County Commissioners will hold a public hearing at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, January 25, 2017, in the 3rd Floor BOCC Meeting Room, Suite 338 of the Bonner County Administration Building, 1500 Highway 2, Sandpoint, Idaho, to consider the following petition: File VS1863-16 - Kaniksu Boat Launch - Mike & Roberta Williams are seeking an approval to allow for vacation of a Right-of-Way, with the intent to swap the vacated land on one side with an equal amount of private land on the other. This would have the effect of relocating the Right-of-Way slightly to the south, to match the actual location of the existing road as it has always existed. No physical development or modification of the land is proposed. PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Notice is hereby given pursuant to Idaho Code and East Hope city codes that the East Hope City Council will conduct a public hearing on a proposed Amendment to the Flood Damage Prevention Ordinance at 5:30 p.m., Tuesday, January 10, 2017, at the East Hope City Hall, 110 School Road, East Hope, Idaho. The East Hope City Council has initiated the amendment to city code to repeal Flood Damage Prevention Ordinance No. 248 and replace it with a new Flood Damage Prevention Ordinance to: enact a revised flood damage prevention ordinance reflecting the requirements of the National Flood Insurance Program; establish administrative procedures; adopt a base flood of 2,074.0 feet (1988 datum) for Zone A; establish appeal and variance processes; provide a maximum penalty for violations of $1,000 or 6 months in jail or both; create exceptions for low-cost accessory structures; provide severability and an effective date.
