Dec. 19

Kazann Wolf, 19, of Sandpoint, was cited in the area of N. Boyer Avenue and Alder Street at 8:39 a.m.

An officer responded to assist another agency in the 476900 block of Highway 95 in Ponderay at 10:42 a.m.

An officer answered a citizen’s questions regarding parking in the 300 block of Maddie Lane at 10:35 a.m.

An officer advised the situation was resolved when the officer contacted the reporting party following an abandoned vehicle complaint in the 600 block of Main Street at 10:43 a.m.

An employee accidentally activated the alarm in the 300 block of Cedar Street at 11:19 a.m.

Accidental 911 activation was reported while trying to get an outside line in the Cedar Street area at 11:18 a.m.

Allyn J. Miller, 83, of Sandpoint, was cited on a charge of leaving the scene of an accident after striking a power pole in the sea of Great Northern and Baldy Mountain roads at 12:34 p.m. No injuries were reported.

Officers assisted Selkirk Fire personnel in the 1200 block of Oak Street after a report of a structure fire at 1:22 p.m.

An officer stood by in the 700 block of Fifth Avenue at 1:38 p.m. while a female collected her belongings.

A citizen was referred to Diamond Parking to resolve his issue in the N. First Avenue area at 12:52 p.m.

Report of a 911 pocket dial in the area of Second and Main at 2:14 p.m.

Possible fraud was placed under investigation in the 1900 block of Ontario Street at 1:42 p.m.

A vehicle left in a parking lot in the 1200 block of N. Division Avenue at 3:37 p.m. was tagged for 48-hour removal.

An officer was unable to contact a citizen with drug information on N. Ella Avenue at 4:25 p.m.

An officer attempted to answer a citizen’s questions in the 600 block of Larch Street at 4:44 p.m., but he wanted to speak to a deputy. The call was transferred.

An officer assisted a citizen in the 600 block of S. Division Avenue at 3:43 p.m.

Dec. 20

An officer contacted an intoxicated male in the 600 block of Jefferson Avenue who agreed to go to bed and not argue with family members at 3:12 a.m.

A vehicle lost control and hit the guardrail in the 474000 block of Highway 95 at 3:30 a.m.; no injuries occurred.

Officers located the owners of several vehicles blocking the snow plows in the city at 4:53 a.m.; they were all moved.
