SANDPOINT POLICE

Dec. 21

Report of a two-vehicle, non-injury collision in the area of Pine and N. Division at 7:49 a.m.

Officers contacted a juvenile battering a parent in the 1700 block of Ontario at 8:31 a.m.; she was given a courtesy transport to KBH.

When located, an officer advised at 10:15 a.m. that a female will be trespassed from a residence in the 1100 block of Hickory Street.

Officers contacted a male in the 1300 block of Larch Street after a report of suicidal threats at 11:44 a.m.

The suspect driver in a hit-and-run accident that occurred in a parking lot in the 700 block of Fifth Avenue was located and provided insurance information at 12:19 p.m.

An officer was unable to locate the source of a 911 hang-up call in the E. Lake Street area at 11:20 a.m.

A theft was reported in the 400 block of Church Street and placed under investigation at 1:40 p.m.

A two-vehicle, non-injury collision was reported at N. Boyer Avenue and Oak Street at 2:02 p.m.

A found VISA card was turned in to the police department on Lake Street at 2:11 a.m.

A theft was reported in the Oak Street area at 2:53 p.m.

Officers were unable to locate the owner/driver of a semi truck with its motor running in the 800 block of Michigan after a complaint at 8:36 p.m.

Officer was unable to contact a citizen who wanted to report a battery that occurred in the 600 block of S. Division Avenue at 1:21 a.m.

Dec. 21

An officer responded to a report of an unlawful entry in the 200 block of Third Street at 10:25 a.m.

An officer conducted a follow-up in the 476000 block of Highway 95 at 12:29 p.m.

Officer conducted a drug investigation in the 300 block of Bonner Mall Way at 5:48 p.m.

Shelley L. Warden 24, of Moyie Springs was on a charge of reckless driving in the area of Highway 95 and Tibbetts Lane at 6:12 p.m.

Dec. 22

Stephen N. Bednar, 18, address not listed, was arrested on a charge of possession of marijuana (less than 3 ounces) in the 476800 block of Highway 95 at 1:45 a.m.
