LEGAL NOTICE Pursuant to IDAPA 13.01.03.100.01, I authorize public fishing in the waters owned by the Idaho Department of Fish and Game as identified and posted by hatchery managers. This authorization is for Free Fishing Day only, on June 11, 2016, between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Normal limits and tackle restrictions shall apply unless special restrictions are posted. Additionally pursuant to IDAPA 13.01.03.100.01, I authorize limited special fishing opportunities in the waters owned by the Idaho Department of Fish and Game as identified and posted by hatchery managers for senior, youth, disabled and educational groups. These special fishing opportunities shall be at the discretion of the hatchery managers and shall not exceed one day in length.
