An officer advised at 7:48 a.m. that a large tool box left at a residence in the 1600 block of Cedar Street belonged to a neighbor.

Michelle M. Gates, 41,, and Steven M. Richards, 28, both of Sandpoint, were arrested in the 300 block of Larch Street at 10:59 a.m. on multiple felony and misdemeanor Bonner County warrants.

Matthew B. Barcklay, 32, of Sagle, was arrested in the area of First and Cedar at 11:02 a.m. on a charge of driving under the influence after a two-vehicle, non-injury collision.

Accidental 911 activation was reported on N. Boyer Avenue at 12:04 p.m.

Officers advised they were unable to a female in a motorized wheelchair impeding traffic in the area of S. Boyer and Highway 2 at 12:53 p.m.

Jeremy J. Fisher, 43, of Sandpoint, was arrested in the 600 block of Larch Street at 8:52 p.m on a charge of driving under the influence, second offense and cited on a charge of invalid driver’s license at 8:52 p.m.

An adult male was taken on a detox hold in the 1100 block of Hickory Street at 8:56 p.m.

A 911 hang-up was reported on Hickory Street at 10:46 p.m.
