Fulton named regional manager of Frontier Communications

SANDPOINT — Frontier Communications Corporation has announced Jeff Fulton has been named local manager of the company’s service area encompassing Sandpoint and Ponderay, Idaho, Newport, Wash., and Libby, Mont.

Fulton will lead the area’s business and operations, including the management of all aspects of serving Frontier’s residential and business customers including sales, service and scheduling.

He leads a team of technicians on all aspects of the customer experience. He is based in Sandpoint, and reports to Area General Manager Kay Quinn.

“Jeff has deep experience in both private industry and a distinguished career in the United States Army, and we are proud to welcome him to Frontier. His experience is an excellent match for the both the traditional telecommunications and innovative nature of Frontier’s future and I am pleased to welcome him.”

Before joining Frontier Communications, Fulton held roles with increasing responsibility at several private telecommunications firms, and a recently completed a long and distinguished career in telecommunications and engineering in the United States Army, including wartime service in Iraq, and Operation Enduring Freedom.

Most recently, Fulton was chosen to plan, operate and lead the Army’s test-bed Brigade Communications Soldiers and Systems for the Army Warfighter Assessment Program. He held positions throughout his United States Army career in numerous areas of engineering and communications, including serving as an executive officer and communications officer.

Fulton graduated from Ohio University with a Bachelor of Business Administration and holds a number of certifications through his United States Army experience.
