Walter Moore, 56, of Coeur d’Alene was arrested on N. Boyer Road at 3:34 p.m. on an outstanding warrant for sexual exploitation of a minor.

Arbee Moore, 25, of Coeur d’Alene was arrested on N. Boyer Road at 3:35 p.m. on an outstanding warrant for petit theft.

A drug investigation was initiated by the narcotics unit on N. Boyer Road at 3:58 p.m.

A citizen requested assistance on the 4000 block of Eastside Road in Priest River at 3:22 p.m.

Report of a theft of property on Lightning Peak Road at 4:36 p.m.

Report of a suspicious person in the 1800 block of Lakeshore Drive in Sagle at 8:13 p.m.

Deputies responded to the 6000 block of Talache Road for follow-up at 7:10 p.m.

Katherine Clay, 55, of Oldtown, was arrested on Lodgepole Lane at 9:07 p.m. on charges of domestic battery, possession of a controlled substance and possession of paraphernalia.

Report of found property in the 47000 block of Highway 200 in Hope at 10:05 p.m.

Kazann Wolf, 20, of Sandpoint was cited in the Highway 95 area in Sandpoint at 10:22 p.m. on a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Report of an alarm in the 500 block of Old Mill Road at 10:52 p.m.

Sept. 29

Report of a vehicle-versus-bicyclist accident in the area of W. Superior and S. Florence Avenue at 7:49 a.m.; the bicyclist suffered non-life threatening injuries.

After a welfare check request at 8:349 a.m., an officer checked on a male in the 700 block of Fifth Avenue; he was OK.

An officer assisted Idaho Fish & Game with an investigation in the 400 block of S. Division Avenue at 9:46 a.m.

A K9 officer and his partner made a sweep of the vehicles in a parking lot in the 400 block of S. Division Avenue at 9:46 a.m.; no drugs were found.

Janice I. Zumwalt, 55, of Sagle, was arrested in the 4000 block on a Bonner County warrant at 11:01 a.m.

After underage drinking was reported in the 1200 block of Hickory Street at 10:28 a.m., the call was cleared unfounded.

A follow-up report was taken in the 1300 block of Main Street at 11:55 a.m.

A Sandpoint K9 officer and his partner checked a vehicle for drugs in the police department parking lot in the 1100 block of W. Lake Street at 11:46 a.m.; nothing was found

Officers contacted a male involved in a verbal altercation in the 200 block of E. Superior Street at 1:17 p.m.; no charges were pressed.

An officer was unable to locate two reckless drivers reported in the downtown core at 2:48 p.m.

Pamela J Bush, 65, of Sandpoint, was cited on a charge of willful concealment in the 600 block of Larch Street at 3:16 p.m.

After a report of suspicious circumstances in the 600 block of Larch Street at 3:49 p.m., there was no one around a vehicle when the officer arrived.

An ongoing problem of Illegal dumping was reported in the 200 block of Richland Avenue at 3:43 p.m.

Accidental 911 activation was reported on Highway 2 at 3:35 p.m.

An officer contacted the owner of a barking dog in the 1600 block of Hickory Street at 4:19 p.m. and issued a verbal warning.

Suspicious circumstances were reported in the 200 block of S. Florence Avenue at 4:59 p.m.

An officer answered questions regarding child custody in the 1500 block of Hemlock Court at 4:13 p.m.

A follow-up report was taken on Baldy Mountain Road at 3:08 p.m.

Drug paraphernalia found in the Baldy Mountain Road area at 6:36 p.m. was turned in to the police department for destruction.

A resident in the 300 block of Halley Street reported two males, who came to her door, then left, when she did not answer at 7:19 p.m.

An officer was unable to locate a reported reckless vehicle headed into the city on Highway 2 from Priest River at 8:26 p.m.

Officers checked a residence in the 300 block of Olive Avenue at 9:45 p.m.; no one was home.

Brandon L. Syth, 31, of Ponderay, was arrested in the area of Larch and Fifth at 10:42 p.m. on charges of possession of marijuana and driving without privileges.

A Sandpoint K9 officer assisted other agencies on a vehicle stop on Lightning Peak Road at 1:20 a.m.

An officer responded to a non-injury crash at the offramp in the 476000 block of Highway 95 at 5:56 p.m.; Tabitha M. Flanigan, 25, was cited and released for driving without privileges.

An officer responded to an agency assist in the 480000 block of Highway 95 at 10:22 p.m.
