SANDPOINT POLICE

Oct. 4

After a reportedly reckless driver was stopped by ISP in the 26000 block of Highway 2 at 7:11 a.m.; a Sandpoint officer provided a courtesy transport for the driver.

Two vehicles in the 100 block were tagged for 48-hour removal on W. Superior Street at 8:33 a.m.

After a reported family offense in the area of Jefferson Avenue and Alder Street at 10:11 a.m., officers contacted a male and female; nothing physical occurred.

An officer answered a citizen’s questions in the 500 block of W. Superior Street at 10:49 a.m.

After a report of disorderly conduct in the area of N. Division Avenue and Main Street at 2:58 p.m., two males were contacted; they stated they were just fooling around.

An officer stood by during a child exchange on Hemlock Court at 2:06 p.m.

Marijuana and paraphernalia were submitted for destruction at the police department in the 1100 block of W. Lake Street at 4:14 p.m.

Officers were unable to locate a group of juveniles reported to be causing problems in the 600 block of N. Third Avenue at 4:51 p.m.

A restroom was reported damaged in Travers Park on Pine Street at 10:09 p.m.

Officers responded to a citizen’s assist in the 200 block of Cedar Avenue at 4:53 p.m.

Officers responded to a civil dispute in the 400 block of Dalby Drive at 4:56 p.m.

Officers responded to a trespass in the 200 block of Bonner Mall Way at 9:27 p.m.

Officers responded to a report of theft in the 1100 block of Fontaine Drive at 9:38 p.m.

Officers responded to an agency assist at Reveille Lane and North Boyer Road at 10:02 p.m.

Bradley C. Marshall, 28, of Sagle was cited on a charge of paraphernalia with the intent to use in the 200 block of Cedar Avenue at 3:37 a.m.
