Grey days have nothing on bright entertainment

| October 20, 2016 1:00 AM

SANDPOINT — These grey days got nothin’ on the bright lights of our local entertainment scene.

This week is jam-packed with interesting options, starting tonight with the POAC season opener concert featuring the phenomenal Perla Batalla at the Panida Theater. On Friday, check out the Italian-inspired film at the Panida and on Saturday — whoa! — all kinds of action, including an Angels Over Sandpoint stylish fundraiser at the Ponderay Events Center, the Boo Bash costume ball at Community Hall and the last, in-town show of the year for Bridges Home at Pend d’Oreille Winery.

Sunday features two different film showings at the Panida, including the moving short “Peace Among the Black Hills” that evening.

Check it all out, make your choices and have big fun.
