Report of an agency assist with Spokane County on Pinehaven Road in Spirit Lake at 11:23 p.m.

Kurt Caldwell was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence following a vehicle crash on W. Fourth Avenue at 12:03 a.m. in Clark Fork; and Adam L. Maddox was arrested on an outstanding warrant at the same time and location.

Report of an information call on Highway 95 in Sagle at 2:59 a.m.

An alarm was reported on Elliot Bay Road in Sagle at 4:39 a.m.

SANDPOINT POLICE

Oct. 16

A resident in the 1300 block of Vineyard Drive was contacted at the request of an outside agency at 11:05 a.m.

A vehicle in the pre-100 block of Bridge Street was tagged for 48-hour removal at 11:19 a.m.

A reportedly reckless driver on Highway 95 on the Long Bridge was located and put through sobriety tests at 11:48 a.m.; he passed, so he was released.

A found wallet was returned to its owner on W. Lake Street at 12 p.m.

A follow-up report was taken on Sixth Avenue at 11:53 a.m.

A child playing with a phone dialed 911 in the 4100 block of Samuelson Avenue at 1:38 p.m.

A female was contacted by an officer and advised to cease communications with a resident in the 600 block of Washington Avenue after a complaint of harassment at 5:52 p.m.

An officer was unable to contact a citizen who called about a previously reported incident on Main Street at 5:54 p.m.

An officer was unable to locate a reckless driver headed east out of town on Fifth Avenue at 8:50 p.m.

Christopher S. Shaver, 20, of Sandpoint, was cited on a charge of possession of marijuana/paraphernalia at City Beach on Bridge Street at 11:25 p.m.

Information was relayed to law enforcement on Lavina Avenue at 11:45 p.m.

Oct. 17

After a complaint of trespassing in the pre-100 block of Bridge Street at 3:26 a.m., an officer contacted a male and female, who advised they were going to move their trailer later in the day.

Oct. 16

An officer responded to a 911 hang-up in the 300 block of Bonner Mall Way at 6:32 a.m.

An officer responded to a report of a family offense in the 477000 block of Highway 95 at 12:39 p.m.

A follow-up report was taken in the 300 block of Bonner Mall Way at 2:40 p.m.

An officer responded to an unknown-injury crash at Schweitzer Cutoff Road and Highway 95 at 4:12 p.m.

An officer responded to the 200 block of Larkspur Street in reference to an alarm at 12:54 a.m.

A case was assigned to cover a controlled substance on Highway 57 at 6:55 p.m.
