Missing man's car discovered engulfed in fire

Police on Monday released bank ATM surveillance photos and video of a masked person believed to be driving William "Bo" Kirk's pickup about an hour before the vehicle was found engulfed in flames Saturday night. The individual used Kirk’s debit card at the bank machine.
As of Monday night, Kirk remained missing since Saturday around 7 p.m. when he left his place of work, Northwest Specialty Hospital in Post Falls.
"We're hoping people can provide tips about the photos and video," Post Falls police Capt. Greg McLean said. "We're missing some pieces to this puzzle and we need to find them."
The person in the video and photos captured at U.S. Bank and Bankcda in Hayden show a white individual with a dark Carhartt stocking cap; brown, gray and black flannel shirt; and light-colored fingerless gloves with black latex gloves underneath. The person has a black and white bandana covering the mouth. While police believe the person appears to be a man, they don't know for certain.
Surveillance photos were obtained at the U.S. Bank at 8:34 p.m. The video, which is posted at www.cdapress.com, was captured at Bankcda at 8:46 p.m.
Timberlake Fire responded to Kirk's silver 2015 GMC truck being on fire at 9:43 p.m. in the 23000 block of North Rimrock Road on the north end of Kootenai County.
The pickup was registered to Kirk and it was the vehicle he had driven to work that day, according to police.
Relatives report that Kirk never returned home from work.
"He is a wonderful husband, father, brother, person," Cynthia Bogner, Kirk's sister wrote in a message to The Press.
Kirk, 41, Coeur d'Alene, is white, 5-foot-8 and 170 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing dark-colored medical scrubs.
An investigation by multiple agencies, including Post Falls, the North Idaho Violent Crimes Task Force and the Kootenai County Sheriff's Office on the vehicle arson, continues.
"We're in the fact-finding stage," Post Falls police Chief Scot Haug said. "Based on the information we're receiving, it seems suspicious. It appears to be out of character for Mr. Kirk to go missing."
