Michael C. Collins, 40, of Athol, was arrested at 10:17 p.m. on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, and possession of paraphernalia in the area of Clagstone Road and Bearing Tree Lane.

Deputies responded to the Upper Humbird Drive area for a suspicious circumstance at 10:30 p.m.

A deputy struck an elk on Colburn-Culver Road while responding to a call at 10:42 p.m.; ISP handled the accident.

Deputies responded to the Kootenai Meadow Drive area for a suspicious circumstance at 10:34 p.m.

Oct. 20

An officer responded to a report of vagrancy on N. Division Avenue at 7:24 a.m.

A 911 hang-up was reported on N. Second Avenue at 8:16 a.m.

An unattended death was reported on Aspen Court at 9:08 a.m.

An officer responded to a reported burglary on N. Second Avenue at 9:53 a.m.

A case was assigned to cover a felony warrant arrest on Samuelson Avenue at 10:25 a.m.

A storage building on W. Lake Street was reported entered at 10:52 a.m. and tools were taken.

A 911 pocket dial was reported on S. Division Avenue at 9:18 a.m.

After a welfare check request at 1:17 p.m., officers attempted to check on a male in the 1600 block of Pine Street but he would not come to the door.

A follow-up report was taken on N. Second Avenue at 4:19 p.m.

An officer contacted a resident in the 1500 block of Pine Street at 8:12 p.m. who was having problems with a neighbor.

Unfounded report of a theft in the 500 block of N. Third Avenue at 8:32 p.m.

An officer contacted two male juveniles and warned them regarding trespassing/skateboarding on private property in the 400 block of Olive Avenue after a complaint of suspicious circumstances at 9:13 p.m.

A lost cellphone was returned to its owner on Chestnut Street at 9:33 p.m.

An officer assisted ISP at the scene of an accident in the 7000 block of Colburn Culver Road at 10:42 p.m.

Oct. 20

An officer assisted a citizen in the 476900 block of Highway 95 at 10:11 a.m.

An officer received a reckless driver complaint in the 477200 block of Highway 95 at 12:37 p.m.

Officers responded to a welfare check in the 800 block of Kootenai Cutoff Road at 3:21 p.m.
