Robert J. Endicott, 25, of Bonners Ferry was cited on a charge of failing to provide proof of insurance (second offense) in the area of Highway 95 and Bonner Mall Way at 5:29 p.m.

An officer assisted Sandpoint Police in the area of Fifth and Church at 7:18 p.m.

An officer responded to an alarm in the 200 block of Bonner Mall Way at 8:59 p.m.

Alaina Ward, 19, of Spokane, Wash., was charged in the area of East Bronx Road and Highway 95 at 10:22 p.m. with possession of marijuana (less than 3 ounces) and possession of paraphernalia with intent to use; and Garrett Firestone, 18, of Spokane was charged at the same time and location possession of marijuana (less than 3 ounces) and possession of paraphernalia with intent to use.
