Jenny Walton, 54, and Amber Chapin, 39, of Sandpoint, were cited and released for altering, transferring, or removing price tags in the 476900 block Of Highway 95 at 9:09 p.m.

Officers responded to malicious injury to property in the 476900 block of Highway 95 at 10:59 p.m.
