SASi hosting harvest dinner

SANDPOINT — Good food and a great cause come together for Sandpoint Area Senior’s first Harvest Dinner on Nov. 5.

The dinner, which begins at 5 p.m., includes a delicious pork dinner with all of the trimmings. There will be a cash bar for beer and wine to complement the other foods served.

Tickets are $20 and can be purchased at the Sandpoint Senior Center office. The fundraiser is to support the food programs at SASi.

SASi serves a congregate lunch Mondays-Thursdays at 11:30 a.m. with a salad bar on Mondays and Wednesdays. Volunteer drivers deliver freshly cooked meals to participants in the center’s home-delivered meals program five days a week.

Everybody is invited to have lunch at the center, including families with children.
