An officer was unable to locate a suspicious male in the 1600 block of Pine Street at 11:35 a.m.
An officer advised at 1 p.m. that a citizen in the 1700 block of Cedar Street was a victim of the IRS scam.
A citizen had questions about a potential standby in the 500 block of Lakeview Boulevard at 1:16 p.m.
Four juveniles were located on the train tracks over Sand Creek at 1:43 p.m.; they were released with verbal warnings.
The owner of a vehicle blocking a driveway in the 200 block of S. Division was located at 1:50 p.m.
A dog bite was reported in the 300 block of Halley Street at 1:56 p.m.
An officer checked on a dog in a vehicle in the 200 block of S. Second Avenue after a complaint at 4:14 p.m.; the A/C was on and the dog had food and water.
An officer arrived in the 400 block of Division Avenue after a 911 hang-up at 6:125 p.m. to find EMS already on scene and that law enforcement assistance was not needed.
A local transient in the area of Main and Division was placed on a detox hold again at 7:01 p.m.
A residence in the 1100 block of Larch Street was reported egged at 8:50 p.m.
Damage to property was reported at the town square on N. Third Avenue at 10:27 p.m.
Aaron M Fullerton, 22, of Sandpoint, was arrested on charges of possession of meth and driving without privileges in the area of Hickory and Ella at 11:54 p.m.
