Steven R. Lee, 28, of Sandpoint was arrested in the 400 block of Church Street on charges of aggravated assault, aggravated battery and malicious injury to property after a family offense was reported on Rapid Lightning Road at 3:06 a.m.
Suspicious circumstances were reported on A Street at 3:41 a.m.

A theft was reported on Sprague Street in Kootenai at 10:42 a.m.
Officers responded to a citizens assist in the 1100 block of Kootenai Cutoff Road at 11:54 a.m.
Eric R. Harkey, 45, of Sagle was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol in the 800 block of Bonner Mall Way at 4:13 p.m.
Jeanann M. Silk, 45, of St. Helens, Ore., was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol in the 300 block of Bonner Mall Way at 10:55 p.m.
