Joseph Willis, 46, of Oldtown, was arrested in the 37000 block of Highway 41 on charges of possession of a controlled substance and open container at 5:07 p.m.
Report of a welfare check on Upper Granite Loop in Athol at 5:59 p.m.
Report of a theft in the Oldtown area on N. Idaho Avenue at 5:13 p.m.

Dec. 12
A dog found running at large in the Alder Street area was returned to its owner at 10:17 a.m.
Report at 11:44 a.m. of a vehicle left in a parking lot in the 400 block of Cedar Street for several days.
A dog found in the area of Main Street and Jefferson Avenue was transported to the animal shelter at 12:22 p.m.
A lost cellphone was reported on Church Street at 1 p.m.
A citizen who was locked out of his vehicle in the area of Third and Cedar was referred to a locksmith at 1:13 p.m.
An officer was unable to locate anything out of the ordinary in the area of N. Division and Pine after a report of suspicious circumstances at 2:16 p.m.
A follow-up report was taken on W. Lake Street at 2:31 p.m.
An officer contacted a female juvenile who ran out in front of a vehicle in the area of N. Division Avenue and Hickory Street at 3:01 p.m., then made obscene gestures to the driver.
Ross L. Baumann, 19, of Sandpoint, was arrested in the 1100 block of N. Division Avenue at 3:47 p.m. on a Bonner County warrant and was cited on a charge of providing false information to an officer. Marijuana and paraphernalia found in the residence was seized for destruction
A moose was reported on the loose in the area of W. Lake Street and S. Division Avenue at 4:18 p.m.
Kendra J Fisher, 25, of Sandpoint, was arrested in the 1200 block of Alder Street at 8:23 p.m. on charges of possession of meth, marijuana and paraphernalia, after officers were called for a disorderly female.
An officer escorted an oversized load through town at 5:55 p.m.

Information was relayed to law enforcement on Railroad Depot Road at 2:21 a.m.
