Jacob H. Bryan, 27, of Coeur d’Alene was cited on charges of possession of marijuana and paraphernalia in the area of N. Boyer Road and Vedelwood Drive at 8:59 a.m.
A case was assigned at 10:51 a.m. to cover a hit-and-run accident that occurred in the 300 block of S. Florence Avenue within the last two weeks.
After a complaint at 11:57 a.m., an officer checked on two dogs in the back of a truck in the area of Church and N. Third Avenue; they were fine.
An officer was unable to contact a dog owner in the 400 block of Euclid Avenue to issue a citation for dog at large after a complaint at 2:20 p.m.
After a reported juvenile problem in the 3400 block of N. Boyer Avenue at 2:40 p.m., an officer contacted three juveniles with a tricycle. No crime was committed.
A traffic signal malfunction was reported in the area of Fifth Avenue and Larch Street at 4:38 p.m.
A follow-up report was taken on Euclid Avenue at 4:47 p.m.
