American Pacific Mortgage opens

Teresa Lunde and Vicky Jacobson are excited to introduce American Pacific Mortgage to the Sandpoint community.

American Pacific Mortgage Corporation is celebrating its 20th year as a leading mortgage banking company in the western United States. APM has achieved two decades of innovation and steady growth and now ranks as the 15th largest mortgage company in the country, according to Mortgage Executive magazine, employing over 2,300 people. APM has navigated stormy times in our industry and economy to become a Top 10 mortgage banking company in the western United States.

While the name American Pacific Mortgage is new to Sandpoint both their lenders and location are not new. Jacobson and Lunde have a long history working in the financial industry in Sandpoint. Together, they bring over 20 years of experience in mortgage lending and remain at the same location they have been at for the past two years. They can be found on the first floor of the historic Tanner House located on the corner of Fourth Avenue and Poplar Street between the hours of 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

APM offers a diverse portfolio of mortgage loan products and both Jacobson and Lunde pride themselves on ensuring their customers get the service they deserve.

A ribbon-cutting ceremony is planned in the near future with the Greater Sandpoint Chamber of Commerce as well as an open house this spring.
