TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE Reference is made to that certain trust deed made by Sandra K. Rajala, unmarried woman as grantor, to Sandpoint Title as trustee, in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., solely as nominee for Mortgageit, Inc., its successors and assigns as beneficiary, dated September 1, 2006, recorded September 25, 2006, in the mortgage records of Bonner County, Idaho, as Document No. 713852, and assigned to DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY,as Trustee for HARBORVIEW MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-14, Mortgage Loan Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-14 by assignment recorded on December 4, 2015 in the records of Bonner County, Idaho, as Document No. 883004, covering the following described real property situated in said county and state, to wit: LOT 1, 2 AND 3, BLOCK 17 OF FARMIN`S SIXTH ADDITION TO SANDPOINT, IDAHO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN BOOK 1 OF PLATS, PAGE 76, RECORDS OF BONNER COUNTY, IDAHO.
