Residents urged to drive safely

SANDPOINT — With winter in full force, Bonner County Road & Bridge officials are reminding folks there are several areas of “ice ruts” on county roads and to slow down.

“While most of the roads may be free of ice and snow please note that shady areas are not,” Road & Bridge Director Don Hutson said in a press release. “Please drive for conditions, please slow down and be cautious and considerate of other drivers.”
