Feb. 13

An officer met with a resident on South Ella at 8:11 a.m. to discuss a problem regarding snow removal.

Benjamin R. Johnson, 27, of Bellingham, Wash., was cited at Main and Washington for possessing an invalid driver’s license at 8:14 a.m.

An officer collared one of two dogs running at large on Cedar at 9:33 a.m. and took it to the shelter.

Officers responded to a report of disorderly conduct in the 600 block of North Third at 12:05 p.m.

An officer conducted a welfare check in the 1600 block of Westwood Drive at 4:02 p.m. after receiving a report of suspicious activity at 4:02 p.m.

Officers conducted a courtesy transport to a suicidal juvenile on Olive Avenue at 6:04 p.m.

An officer responded to a report of suicidal threats on South Division at 8:23 p.m. The call was determined to be unfounded.

Shelly L. Hiller, 55, of Sandpoint, was arrested for driving under the influence at Cedar and Fifth at 9:48 p.m.

Kenneth L. Pellens, 35, of Sandpoint, was arrested for second-offense driving under the influence at Division and Chestnut at 10:22 p.m.

Feb. 14

An officer responded to a report of threats in the 600 block of South Division at 2:46 a.m. A welfare check was conducted at 5:14 a.m.
