A juvenile on Division Avenue was transported to JDU for violating his conditional release order at 8:48 a.m.

An officer was unable to locate the source of a 911 hang-up call on Janelle Way at 10:33 a.m.

Report of a juvenile running in traffic in the 700 block of Washington Avenue at 10:44 a.m.; parents were contacted.

Report of graffiti in the 600 block of Oak Street at 11:56 a.m.

Orlando K Martin, 19, of Sandpoint, was cited on Pine Street at 1:43 p.m. on a charge of driving without privileges.

Accidental 911 activation was reported on Turbine Drive at 1:56 p.m.

Sandpoint officers assisted Ponderay Police on a call on Bonner Mall Way at 2:05 p.m.

An adult male was given a courtesy transport to the crisis center from the Fifth Avenue area at 2:24 p.m.

An officer answered a citizen’s traffic questions in the Bridge Street area at 3:22 p.m.

Two panhandlers were gone when the officers arrived at the North Info Center on Fifth Avenue after a complaint at 4:35 p.m.

An officer answered an out-of-state parent’s questions at 3:31 p.m.

Request for a welfare check on an elderly male who was traveling back from Montana on an Amtrak train at 3:43 p.m.

After a request for a welfare check on an apparently unattended child on Larch Street at 4:39 p.m., an officer advised the call was unfounded and the mother nearby.

The storm caused the traffic signals on Larch Street to go to flashing mode; the city street crew was advised at 4:55 p.m.

Possible drug activity on Cedar Street at 7:06 p.m. was relayed to law enforcement.

Brandon R. Senner, 22, of Sandpoint, was cited on Euclid Avenue at 10:24 p.m. on a misdemeanor charge of no insurance.

Kyin A Sumpter-Boyd, 20, formerly of Alaska, was arrested in the 400 block of Fifth Avenue at 10:25 p.m. on a charge of aggravated assault.

A vehicle with loud music had already left City Beach when the officer arrived at 11:56 p.m.

An officer was unable to locate a speeding vehicle with no headlights reported in the Oak Street area at 11:47 p.m.

An officer was unable to locate anyone yelling or throwing things in the 1500 block of Oak Street at 12:32 a.m.

William A Zoesch, 50, of Spokane, Wash., was arrested in the 500 block of Olive Avenue at 1:32 a.m. on a charge of driving under the influence.
