NOTICE OF SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT The Board of Bonner County Commissioners intends to contract with David Evans and Associates, Inc., for sole source engineering services to provide Bonner County plans, specifications, and engineering for the restoration of Talache Road from the March 18, 2017 slide.
