Gabriel I. Carothers, 19, of Sandpoint, was cited in the 1300 block of Highway 2 at 7:10 a.m. on a charge of possession of marijuana.
Cash was reported taken from the 600 block of S. Division Avenue at 10:30 a.m.
Information was relayed to law enforcement in the area of Highway 2 and Ontario Street at 12:30 p.m.
