The political murkiness we as Americans have been assaulted with daily since Donald Trump became president has finally become crystal clear. As evidenced at the G20 Summit recently, Putin has finally achieved one of his top political goals: To cause upheaval in our democracy, infiltrate our election process, destabilize and divide our country and create chaos in America.

Regardless of what political party you’re affiliated, all Americans should be gravely concerned for the safety, security and democracy of our country. There is proof positive the Russians hacked our election and aided Trump in his win as president. Who better to help them than an egotistical, narcissistic, incompetent “businessman,” financially indebted to Russia, with no previous political experience.

As a result, America sits on the sidelines of international discussions, while other countries refuse to have anything to do with our president. We are no longer considered the leader we once were, and are a laughing stock in the international community. Photos from the G20 Summit confirm this.

To be grouped with Syria and Nicaragua as the only countries not to sign the Paris Climate Agreement is embarrassing.

To have hundreds of essential government jobs unfilled because no one wants to work for this administration is embarrassing. To deprive our own people basic human rights to give tax breaks to the rich, and to dismantle our country piece by piece is embarrassing. DJT as president is embarrassing.
