Daniel Earl Breedlove, 64

Daniel Earl Breedlove, resident of Spirit Lake, Idaho, suffered cardiac arrest and passed away on July 19, 2017.

He is survived by his wife, Krist; and her two sons, Japheth and Nicholas; his first wife, Christy, with whom he shared two sons, Jason and Richard (Delia), and his daughter, Stefanie (Casey); and a total of six grandchildren. In addition, he is survived by his brother, Joe (Cindy); a sister, Linda; a half-brother, John; his stepfather, Bud (Margret); two stepbrothers, Patrick (Ann) and Mike (Debbie); a stepsister, Susan; his father’s, wife Susan; 23 nieces and nephews and their families; and his best friend, “Piggy” the pug.

Daniel was born in Santa Monica, Calif., to Joe and Barbara Breedlove on Sept. 20, 1952. He moved to Spokane, Wash., in 1968 and attended Lewis and Clark High School. He married young and began his life long career in the car business. Late in life, he relocated to Sandpoint, Idaho, where he met his second wife and continued working in the car business until he retired.

He enjoyed playing the guitar, repairing antique clocks and was an avid gun collector. Dan will be remembered for his beautiful guitar playing and his corny songs, jokes and puns.

Daniel E. Breedlove, son, brother, husband, father, grandfather, uncle, and friend, rest in peace.
