Frederick Joseph “Joe” Kelly, 77, passed away on Wednesday, June 7, 2017, in Sandpoint, Idaho. A vigil service will be held at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, June 14, 2017, at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, June 15, at St. Joseph’s.
