SANDPOINT POLICE

June 15

Report of a 911 pocket dial on Highway 2 at 7:39 a.m.

Ryan M Johnson, 34, of Sandpoint, was cited on a charge of petit theft in the 600 block of Larch Street at 12:26 p.m. He and a female companion were trespassed from the business.

An officer responded after juveniles threw coins at a vehicle in the 1100 block of Michigan Street at 12:49 p.m., chipping the paint.

A bike was taken from the 300 block of Division Avenue at 1:25 p.m.

Officers were unable to locate any juveniles reported to be riding their bikes in the middle of the roadway on Highway 2 at 2:24 p.m.

A vehicle in the 700 block of Third Avenue was tagged for 48-hour removal at 2:33 p.m.

A VIN was verified in the 1600 block of Baldy Mountain Road at 2:20 p.m.

An officer responded for a civil standby in the 1400 block of Autumn Lane at 2:56 p.m.

A child playing with a phone dialed 911 on Kinnikinnik Avenue at 5:28 p.m.

An officer checked on a male sleeping outside a business in the 600 block of Larch Street at 5:58 p.m.

A two-vehicle, non-injury collision occurred in the 400 block of Fifth Avenue at 6:45 p.m.

A follow-up report was taken on Boyer Avenue at 7:41 p.m.

A disorderly male had already left a business in the 400 block of Cedar Street when the officer arrived at 9:32 p.m.; he was unable to be located.

Isabel Boeni, 50, of Sandpoint, was cited on Aspen Lane at 11:01 p.m. on a charge of driving without privileges.

June 16

Kelsey N Kilmartin, 38, of Sandpoint, was arrested on Lake Street at 1:11 a.m. on a charge of driving under the influence.

Officers were unable to locate a reported drunken driver who left the 200 block of First Avenue at 1:51 a.m.

A Sandpoint officer attempted to locate a suspicious vehicle which came into the city from Sagle at 5:23 a.m.

An officer responded to a traffic hazard in the 477000 block of Highway 95 at 12:28 p.m.

An officer responded to a hit-and-run crash in the 476900 block of Highway 95 at 2:58 p.m.

An officer assisted the sheriff’s office in the 800 block of Kootenai Cutoff Road at 5:45 p.m.
