Kim Smith, 65, of Spokane, Wash., was arrested in the county at 4:58 a.m. on charges of rape and battery.
SANDPOINT POLICE
June 18
A follow-up report was taken in the area of Church Street and N. Division Avenue at 6:36 a.m.
An officer mediated in an ongoing neighbor dispute in the 300 block of Lavina Avenue at 10:49 a.m.
Jacob D. Frampton, 21, of Spokane, was arrested in the area of Euclid Avenue and Pine Street at 12:31 p.m. on a charge of resisting/obstructing; he also was cited on a charge of driving without privileges.
A K9 officer assisted Ponderay Police on a traffic stop in the 476000 block of Highway 95 at 3:19 p.m.
A found set of keys was returned to the owner on N. First Avenue at 4:09 p.m.
An officer was unable to locate any dogs locked in vehicles in the area of N. First Avenue and Main Street at 5:45 p.m.
A dog found on N. First Avenue at 8:53 p.m. was transported to the shelter; his owner was later identified.
An overdue motorist was located safe and sound in Sandpoint in the Fifth Avenue area at 9:04 p.m.
An officer assisted Bonner County Sheriff’s deputies on a call on Westmond Road at 9:38 p.m.

Jeremy J. Fisher, 44, of Ponderay was arrested on a charge of driving without privileges in the 600 block of Kootenai Cutoff Road at 3:19 p.m.
