Three bicycles were reported taken from the 100 block of E. Lake Street at 7:32 a.m.; one was recovered.

An officer responded to the W. Lake Street are at 9:44 a.m. after a report that parts were removed from a vehicle; the owner was unsure of exact location where it occurred.

Officers and Health & Welfare were unable to complete a home visit in the 1100 block of Fifth Avenue at 9:44 a.m.; no one was home.

A citizen was referred to a locksmith for assistance on Baldy Park Road at 10:01 a.m.

An officer answered a citizen’s parking questions on Ontario Street at 10:25 a.m.

An officer assisted an outside agency on N. Florence Avenue at 10:38 a.m.

Gene J. Baumgartner, 46, of Sandpoint, was arrested in the area of Sixth and Pine at 10:45 a.m. on a charge of driving under the influence.

A follow-up report was taken in the area of Pine Street and Euclid Avenue at 10:41 a.m.

The owner of a vehicle impeding traffic in the area of Fifth and Pine at 12:51 p.m. was located and asked to move it.

A traffic hazard was reported in the area of Euclid Avenue and Pine Street at 12:52 p.m.

An officer was unable to locate s large group of juveniles on bicycles impeding traffic in the 600 block of Larch Street at 7:57 p.m.

After an alarm was reported in the 1000 block of Fifth Avenue at 7:58 p.m., an officer advised the building was secure.

An officer was unable to contact the reported victim of possible harassment on Halley Street at 10:40 p.m.

Kent S Conroy, 64, of Sandpoint, was arrested in the 1200 block of Cedar Street at 11:09 p.m. on a charge of domestic battery.

An officer was unable to locate anyone in the area of a vacant residence in the area of Jefferson Avenue and Chestnut Street at 12:43 a.m.

After a second alarm in the 1000 block of Fifth Avenue at 12:44 a.m., an officer advised the building was still secure.

Officers checked the area of the 800 block of Oak Street after a 911 hang-up was received at 1:24 a.m.
