I live next to Popsicle stick trail which connects to the byway trail and we need more signs posted and enforcement of the rules.

Dogs need to be leashed and bikers need to warn hikers/joggers when they’re passing. I walk my dog nearly every day and only one in five bikers care to let me know they are behind and they believe it’s a speedway not a trail nearly running me and my sheltie off the road. As well as more than the usual encounters with off leash dogs occur every day. Post more rules of the trail signs
