Monthly book sale set for Saturday

SANDPOINT — It’s summer and Saturday is book sale day.

The Friends of the Library invites all community members to their monthly book sale Saturday, July 1, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. There will be a special price of 25 cents on all of paperback mysteries for your “who-done-it” pleasure. Also, because the country will soon be celebrating the Fourth of July, the sale is featuring a large collection of U.S. World War II war histories and U.S. and world travel books, the better to dream of those far-away places.

This is the time to stock up on your summer reading so take advantage of the sale’s literary treasures — and don’t forget to look at the Friends of the Library’s shelf located inside the library.
