Sandpoint All-Star teams in action this weekend

SANDPOINT — Two Sandpoint All-Star teams will begin action in the District tournament this weekend with the 10U team opening on Friday vs. perennial power Hayden, and the Majors starting on Saturday against Coeur d’Alene.

All games will be played at either Croffoot in Hayden, or Canfield in CDA. The pool play schedule is set (see below). There is only one pool in both divisions. The top two teams will advance to the District Championship series the following weekend, with the winner advancing to the State title game against the District 2 champions the weekend after that. Those games will all occur at Croffoot in Hayden.
