Information relayed in the Sixth Avenue area for a previous case at 10:08 a.m.
A 17-year-old Sandpoint male was issued a promise to appear in the 1000 block of N. Boyer Avenue at 12:22 p.m. on a charge of being under the influence in public.
The traffic signal was working properly when the officer arrived after a complaint of problems at the light at Fifth and Larch at 1:55 p.m.
An officer was unable to locate the source of a 911 activation in the area of Main Street and N. Fourth Avenue at 2:31 p.m.
Fraud was reported in the 1100 block of N. Division Avenue at 3:25 p.m.
An officer was unable to locate the source of a 911 hang-up call in the Pine Street area at 3:32 p.m.
Accidental 911 activation was reported on S. Boyer Avenue at 3:47 p.m.
A male and female had already left the area when the officer arrived in the 1100 block of Maple Avenue after an attempt to locate was requested at 3:26 p.m.
Cynthia R. Chappell, 27, of Sandpoint was cited in the area of Great Northern and Gooby roads at 5:17 p.m. on a charge o driving without privileges.
Officers are unable to locate any dogs off leash in Lakeview Park on S. Ella Avenue at 6:11 p.m.
A suicide was investigated in the 400 block of Sixth Avenue at 6:26 p.m.
A follow-up report was taken on Fifth Avenue at 7:29 p.m.
April 28
Kayla M. Serbantez, 33, of Ponderay, was arrested in the area of Fifth and Larch at 1:19 a.m. on a charge of driving under the influence.
Officers responded to a physical domestic in the 1300 block of Spruce Street at 4:17 a.m. No charges were pressed; alcohol was involved.

Officer responded to a theft of property in the 31500 block of Highway 200 at 1:31 p.m.
Officer investigated a theft report in the 476900 block of Highway 95 at 5 p.m.
