May 2

After an alarm was reported in the 600 block of Fifth Avenue at 7:13 a.m., an officer advised the building was secure and the alarm was possibly set off by a power blip.

An officer was unable to locate a male reported to be on his hands and knees in the area of the 600 block of S. Division Avenue after a welfare check request at 9:26 a.m.

An officer was canceled for an agency assist in the 1500 block of Pine Street at 9:58 a.m.

An officer was unable to locate the source of a 911 hang-up call on S. Division Avenue at 10:33 a.m.

An out-of-state citizen was given resource information regarding a civil situation in the 1200 block of Kinnikinnik Avenue at 12:14 p.m.

The owner of a vehicle left in a parking lot in the 100 block of N. Division Avenue was contacted at 12:28 p.m. and advised to move it.

An officer responded after a resident in the 300 block of Olive Avenue no longer wanted a male there at 1:20 p.m.

Accidental 911 activation was reported on Olive Avenue at 3:12 p.m.

An incident in the 400 block of S. Florence Avenue regarding an ex was reported at 3:17 p.m.

An officer was unable to locate a male reported to be lying between the roadway ad the sidewalk in the area of Highway 2 and Ontario Street at 3:18 p.m.

Two juveniles in the 1400 block of Cedar Street were advised to stay away from each other and not have contact after a complaint of harassment at 5:32 p.m.

Employees accidentally set off the alarm in the 900 block of Baldy Mountain Road at 5:45 p.m.

Benjamin R. Johnson, 27, of Sandpoint was cited in the 400 block of Fifth Avenue at 10:05 p.m. on a charge of driving without privileges.

Benjamin R. Johnson, 27, of Sandpoint, was arrested in the area of Hickory Street and Forest Avenue at 10:29 p.m. on a charge of driving without privileges after being told during his last stop not to drive.

Vincent G. Reiling, 57, of Illinois was arrested in the 476000 block of Highway 95 at 10:33 p.m. on a charge of driving without privileges.

After an alarm was reported in the 500 block of Oak Street at 3:02 a.m., an officer located an unsecured door and checked the building, finding no one inside.
