Good education is essential to the region’s economic well-being. Without good schools, we cannot attract and retain good employers, good jobs and good talent to support them. Without good schools, we cannot prepare our youth or our community to be successful. Good schools require good funding and good leadership.

Recent school board trustees and superintendent leadership has brought Lake Pend Oreille School District’s ranking to No. 24 in the state out of 110. Sandpoint High School now ranks second in the state.

We need to elect board members who will continue to provide good leadership and support school district funding. Join me and vote for Suppiger, Kelly and Williams on May 16 for Lake Pend Orielle School District Board of Trustees.
