A bike was reported abandoned in the 1100 block of W. Lake Street at 10:01 a.m.
Officers and medical crews responded after a male in the 2400 block of Sand Creek Lane experienced an adverse reaction to medication at 10:17 a.m.
A male who left a business in the 700 block of Fifth Avenue without paying at 4:56 p.m. later returned and did so.
Two dog owners were issued citations for allowing their dogs off leash at Lakeview Park on S. Ella Avenue at 6:56 p.m.
