May 17

A vehicle struck a building in the 600 block of Fifth Avenue, causing minor damage, at 7:40 a.m.

A VIN was verified in the 1100 block of Larch Street at 8:37 a.m.

An adult male was given a courtesy transport from N. Third Avenue to the Crisis Center in Coeur d’Alene at 10:47 a.m.

A 17-year-old Priest River male was charged with battery on a family member on Sixth Avenue and Fir Street at 11:50 a.m.

Officers spoke to a juvenile male with anger issues in the 900 block of Spruce Street at 2:24 p.m.

An officer was unable to locate any juveniles who may have been throwing rocks in the 100 block of S. Division Avenue at 3:26 p.m.

Michael D. Stormo, 22, of Sandpoint, was arrested in the 1400 block of Cedar Street on charges of possession of stolen property and paraphernalia; and was cited on a charge of petit theft at 4:13 p.m.

A male was trespassed from a business in the 200 block of E. Superior Street at 4:50 p.m. after causing problems there.

An officer facilitated the exchange of information at a non-reportable collision in the 300 block of N. Fourth Avenue at 5:51 p.m.

An officer answered a citizen’s questions on W. Lake Street regarding Lost in the ’50s at 7:01 p.m.

Suspicious circumstances were reported in the 1800 block of Culvers Drive at 10:48 p.m.
