An hour of upward attitude adjustment will be provided at Lifetree Café on Monday, Nov. 13, 2017 at 2 p.m.

The program, titled “Smile … Even When You Think You Can’t,” will provide proven ways to cope with difficult situations in life. A short film will be shown featuring a wheelchair-bound man who competes in triathlon events.

“It’s easy to feel overwhelmed by life’s hardships,” said Lifetree representative Craig Cable. “This program offers hope and some key skills that help overcome challenges.”

During the program, Lifetree Café participants will have the opportunity to discuss a problem they’re currently facing and brainstorm potential solutions.

Admission to the 60-minute event is free. Lifetree Café is located at the Selkirk Association of Realtors Building, 325 Marion Ave., Sandpoint.
