Mary Ann Tucker, 67

Mary Anne Tucker, 67, passed away on Sunday, Oct. 29, 2017, at her home in Sandpoint, Idaho.

An open house will be held from 12-5 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 25, 2017, at Mary and Neil’s house, 10091 Baldy Mountain Road, Sandpoint.

Mary was born on Oct. 6, 1950, in Los Angeles, Calif., to Ervin and Blanche Boardman. She grew up and attended schools in Miami, Fla., graduating from high school in 1968. She traveled from Miami to San Francisco by V.W. Bug where she met Larry Lantrip. They were married in Sandpoint in 1978.

Mary worked as the business manager at Lignetics and also worked at Lead-Lok. She and Larry owned “Lazer Graphics” Apple Computer Store. They later divorced in 1998.

Mary married Neil Tucker in 2003 in Sandpoint. She kept the books for Neil Tucker Excavation.

She enjoyed gardening, traveling, arts and crafts and cooking. She and Neil enjoyed wintering in Mexico and Florida.

She is survived by her husband, Neil Tucker of Sand-point; a son, Justin (Alissa) Lantrip; three stepchildren, Kelly (AJ Helgenberg) Tucker, Lara (Andy) White of Sandpoint, and Brent Tucker of New York; three granddaughters, Ophelia Lantrip, Sailor Helgenberg, and Juniper White ; three brothers, Joe (Evelyn) Boardman of Spokane, Mike (Gina) Boardman of Marietta, Ga., and Sonny (Cammy) Boardman of Marietta, Ga.; three sisters, Cathy (James) Burge of Dawsonville, Ga., Theresa Nix of Inverness, Fla., and Margaret (Ed) Rawlings of Atlanta, Ga.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Bobby Boardman; and a sister, Patty Hafer.
