Fireworks

organizers

Kudos to the people of Garfield Bay for a great fireworks show on July 2.

The display went on for over an hour and was outstanding. If anyone would like, they can contribute for year’s show at Odie’s Bayside Grocery. I’m sure they will appreciate it.

Pacific Steel

& Recycling

Kudos to Pacific Steel & Recycling for taking the time to help Disabled American Veterans of Sandpoint by putting a donation container at their business.

All the work they do, plus take the time to support the DAV Van Fund account so the group can buy a new van when the current one wears out. The DAV van drives veterans to Spokane three times a week, so these vans do wear out.

Church food

booth supporters

First Presbyterian Church would like to extend its thanks to the following businesses and individuals who supported its Lost in the ‘50s food booth. They include Judy Colgrove at Tango Cafe, Johnny and Steve at Super 1 Foods, Dale and Melanie Reed, and Kendon Perry at Farm Bureau Insurance.

Their support allowed us to have a most successful fundraiser for our faith-based projects!
